Mr. Robert  N. Walls joined Triumph in December of 2006 as Director for Human Resources. Since that time he has assembled a world class HR staff focused on excellence and dedicated to serving the diverse needs of the Triumph team. In July of 2007, Mr. Walls was promoted to Vice President for Corporate Services and serves as a member of Triumph’s executive team.

With over 30 years of Human Resource generalist experience, he has worked in a variety of HR positions in organizations from small to large, profit and non-profit, public and private, as well as domestic and international.

After receiving a Bachelors degree in History from Loma Linda University, Mr. Walls spent two years in the US Army Medical Corp with one of those years as an Infantry Medic in the Central Highlands of Vietnam. He received several Bronze Star Medals for Valor, a Combat Medic Badge, an Air Medal and several campaign ribbons. Upon his return from Vietnam, he served as senior medic in a dispensary at Fort Hood, TX. It was here he discovered his passion for human resources.
