Ms. Gloria Redman, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, founder and sole owner of Triumph Technologies, Inc. (Triumph) incorporated the firm in 1988. Triumph represents a client-centered employee motivated firm. Three core business areas are Program Management, Security Support, and Information Technology that includes additional functions of Intelligence and Analytical Services, Construction Support, Financial Services, Consulting Services, Transportation, and a product, Executive Dashboard. Through Ms. Redman’s vast educational and professional experience, she has gained the necessary insight and special skills to successfully lead Triumph through all facets of the business, while ensuring the best options for the client. Her education includes B.A., Pepperdine University; M.A., University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her postgraduate studies include Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, Tuck School of Business, and Dartmouth University. Ms. Redman managed several senior military programs and attained the rank of Colonel as a Military Intelligence officer while serving in the United States Army. In keeping her commitment to the community, she serves as Chair for the Parren Mitchell Foundation and President of the Retired Military Officer’s Association. The Northern Virginia Urban League honored her in 2005 for her Excellence in Leadership and Community Service. On an annual basis opportunities are offered to high school and college interns to expose them to business realities. In addition, Triumph mentors small businesses on how to obtain opportunities with federal, state and local government. Ms. Redman’s high expectation for excellence clearly propels others to exalted heights.
