Mr. Elliott T. Shepherd joined Triumph in 2008 as Vice President of Business Development.  He has over twenty-three years of experience in both the public and private sectors.  In this capacity,  Mr. Shepherd is responsible for identifying and building relationships with clients that will result in the aggressive growth of Triumph’s market share domestically and globally.

 

He is responsible for establishing and managing growth strategies for existing customers while simultaneously identifying new customers.  In addition, Mr. Shepherd allocates organizational resources among senior company executives  to effectively promote customer satisfaction.  He develops strategic partnerships and oversees the development and presentation of the value- added solution, negotiating pricing & contractual terms, and aligning with key third party influences resulting in a win-win solution.

 

Mr. Shepherd is an expert in the Rail and Transportation industry.  Previously, he was the Project Manager responsible for a multi-million dollar project ranging from engineering, planning, design and construction.

 

Mr. Shepherd also has a wealth of experience  working with elected officials both at the Federal and State level. 

 

Mr. Shepherd holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.
